$19-$32 per hour

Required Skills/Traits:

  • Strong Problem Solving Skills
  • Self-motivated and hardworking
  • High moral standards, is committed to being honest and works with integrity
  • Safety Oriented
  • Customer Oriented – Takes pride in fulfilling customers needs by finishing projects on time and with intense attention to detail
  • Experience welding and fabricating
  • Enjoys working on many types of welding and fabrication projects
  • At least 18 years old
  • Valid driver’s license

Skills/traits that would be great to have, but are not required:

  • Six Sigma, Lean, Or other Manufacturing Efficiency Programs
  • Strong Computer Skills, & Experience Operating CNC Equipment
  • A two-year welding degree
  • 5 or more years of welding and fabricating experience
  • Familiarity with coal, rock, gas, & other processing plant equipment
  • Experience with a portable boring bar
  • Millwright work including shaft alignment & setting bearings
